My first mile walk after surgery

It may not sound like much but to me it was a challenge that I am glad I took. This evening after it cooled down my son and I took about a one mile walk. Those that saw us probably thought that I was drunk moving slowly, occasional stagger and stopping now and then to get a little better footing.
Been blasting gas and my stomach growling most of the day, one of those side “benefits” if it gets much worse I will have to add a fart button to the blog so that you can enjoy it too. LOL.
Anyway, still feeling good, have only needed pain medication a couple of times. I am sure glad that I selected the laparoscopic method of gastric bypass surgery.
