A vitamin for dessert

This morning I woke full of energy though it only lasted for a couple of hours. Since early morning I have dozed off quite a bit. Amazingly though I am feeling really great for a man that will be 67 in a few days and has just undergone gastric bypass surgery.
Prior to my weight loss surgery I started using the Bariatric Advantage Multi Formula chewable vitamin in Berry Flavor. I love fresh berries and right now I am on a berry craze and even preferring berry Jell-O. At one of the pre-surgery meetings before I went into the hospital I tried the chocolate cinnamon and a mint flavored Calcium Citrate Lozenges and they were all really good. I understand that they also have other flavors including wild cherry so whatever type of craze I am on at the time will decide which flavor I choose.
I had always thought that chewable vitamins and nutrients would be chalky tasting but am pleased to say that the products I have tried from Bariatric Advantage are not. Before I learned about the Bariatric Advantage products from my doctor I was taking a large one a day multi-vitamin that I got a Costco. You really can’t knock the Costco “Kirkland” products for you get what seems to be a year’s supply at a reasonable price though they were like swallowing a stone and the formula did not include enough thiamine. Actually I never realized that a vitamin could be so good but now understand how they get kids to chew them. Today when I chewed the vitamin it was like having a dessert (no kidding, the vitamin satisfied me) following my lunch of Jell-O and broth.
This morning I had a protein drink for breakfast. While it did take a couple of hours to sip I was surprised that I was able to get the full 16 ounces down over about a two hour period. I am having a bit of problem trying to judge when I am full. So hey folks if any of you can give me some hints they would sure be appreciated.
