Melinda, thanks for making that catch. The link to the Recover program has been corrected in the article. When I saw you and Mark a couple of weeks ago the two of you were looking great and really getting the weight off. And folks reading this Melinda and Mark have been taking the pounds off the old fashioned way by diet and exercise. If a person can get their weight off and keep it off by diet and exercise that is the best way. For me, I chose weight loss surgery after years of yo-yo dieting and am happy that I did but weight loss surgery should NEVER be a persons first choice. Surgery is but a tool and you still need to control your diet and continue exercise after surgery if you are going to maintain a lower weight.

Hey Big Brother,
I clicked on "CLICK HERE" and it just took me to another article but nothing to do with the "Recover" program. Thought you might like to know. It sounds like it is a neat program. Don't know if I would qualify, but it sounds pretty cool. Mark has been doing even better since we saw y'all a few weeks ago. He sees his Daibetese doc tomorrow so we will see how far his weight is down. We have been walking every other night together and he has been doing Tai Bo everyother day. I'm really proud of him, and it has been all on his own! Hope all is well with you.
