Great article Terry!
I couldn’t agree more. Just today I had a participant at my work ask me what my New Year’s resolutions were. I told him that I didn’t believe in resolutions because they are never kept.
As I said I couldn’t agree with you more. Make realistic goals, lay out a plan to reach them, and you’ll have a better chance of obtaining your goals.
Too all the readers here at Terminal Obesity I send out my wishes for a Happy New Year and my hopes and wishes to everyone setting goals for the upcoming year, that they will be realistic and obtainable.
Thanks Terry for starting this web site. I also send to you my wishes for great success in both your own personal goals as well as the goals for Terminal Obesity!

Hello everyone. Indeed we did have a wonderful Christmas. We left Oregon just in time to miss the snow and hit California in time to feel at home in the rain. Back now and hard a work. As you can see changes are starting to take place with the site. This has been going somewhat slow for up to today as our internet services has not been working properly since we have been home. Over the next few days I will try to post a few pictures and information on our trip.
